The success of Bryce's mental health treatment plan began When he was in kindergarden. Feb 19th 2001. He had spent six days in the childrens hospital. Since that day, bryce has remained on his treatment plan. A good plan, a successful plan that encompassed 1medications, 2. individual education plan, {IEP a guide line for his academic success.} 3. therapy as needed. 4. medical check-ups, 5. positive social life. 6. healthy loving home enviroment. A good plan, a successfull plan would be fine tweaked along the way, as would be for any growing child who has disabilities. In the care of his father and new psychiatrist 2007-2009, Bryce's "Full Treatment Plan" was being dissolved. After his arrest, A fraudenlent criminal case was being built against Bryce. The parole officer with this detention center for 16 years, had sested the private defense attorney to Bryce's father. This attorney was a campaign contributor to the newly appointed Judge of this Juvenile court, which is right inside the Juvenile Detention Center. The District attorney is a female, and so were the two procecutors. The reason for the cover up was that the new psychiatrist that Bryce's father David and step mom Patricia had choosen from the health care providers list, turned out to be the Juvenile Offenders Psychiatrist for the last ten years. This doctors records on Bryce, scream culpability. The detailed police report screams Nick D. Cantu, Freds own son. Fred even named his own son as his murder before he was taken to the emergency room by EMS, None of which was told to the public or used on behalf of Bryce. Instead these adults fabricated crime events that did not happen the way they wrote, and fabricated evidence that doesn't fit what happened either. But when these adults told Bryce that he did this, He Believed them and he still does. Why should he believe me, his mother Ms. D M M Pelletier, these adults denied my rights Joint Custody, Shared Parental rights. They called me crazy and told Bryce that if he said I was crazy, this would help the Judge give him a lower sentence. They continued to manipulate him into believeing what ever they wanted and no matter how many times they changed the story, they simple convinced him and then re-recorded him, always telling him they were doing it all for him. They were sealing his life away, and no one knows how many years he really got, so many crimes against him, so many lies. My child complete successfull mental health history was ommitted and or lied about. The State Dr. made false statements in her findings. The parole officer wrote down some of Bryce's history but what he wrote, he twisted, ommitted, added, and like the others LIED against Bryce.
They know that Bryce did NOT shoot, kill, plan, execute, this tragic crime... and so does Nick's Mother, Bryce's Father and Nick.

At first I thought this was a female but the eye colour is wrong and the black markings on the back make believe it is a first winter juvenile :0)
